Here's a thought. You're addicted to being a douchebag and stepping on the rights of others...I don't see YOU trying to quit. In fact, like an alcoholic bragging about how wasted he got last night, you brag about being an asshole. Don't you think you might have a problem? Of course not. You don't see it as a problem. So why should you quit? Same with smokers and alcoholics. They don't see themselves as having a problem that affects others.
i love how this queer gives advice to ppl about something in which he has NO experience in, thats like me trying to teach someone how to write a song, something i have no experience in
@SkateFastRockHard Glad to hear that you quit. I do know about smoking, though. Both of my parents have smoked most of their life. Mom says she wants to quit, but never does. Dad quit back in 2004 after like 40+ years. It's hard, but possible if you have enough determination. He took up music as his distraction to help battle his addiction.
Give it the fuck up guys...This is HIS OPINION. If you disagree, skip this video. Goddamn, stop trolling. Keep up the good work with voicing your opinion Greg.
@Deddshot That's BULLSHIT!!! Your really a moran if you compare sigarettes to heroïne. you know, I smoke sigarettes, and weed, and I agree with onision.. It's in your head.. because the physical addiction is really not that bad.. so stop being an idiot.
@MaryJaneHijau First things first. If you are going to insult someones intelligence than don't spell "moron" and "cigarettes" wrong. Also, it isn't in your head. The physical addiction is not something easy to deal with. And if you agree with Onision there is a problem, considering he says people who smoke weed are worthless. I never said the physical addictions are the same between cigarettes and heroin, I just said that neither are in your head, as Onision thinks they are.
And don't say "It's all in your head." That's irritating. If it is all in your head than so is being addicted to meth, or heroin. They are physical addictions, and if you do the drug long enough it can make you ill if you quit. My father has a bone disease, broken his bones over 400 times, and is addicted to morphine. This is not in his head. He will die if the can't get at least one pill of his morphine, because he's had it given to him since he was 4. You have no idea what you're talking about
When talking about those "strong" people you refer to them as "we"
You seem to include yourself in this group of people, yet you've never smoked a day in your life, nor have I, but just because you think you know how to stop smoking you shouldn't go and post a video about it. I don't understand how you are as famous as you are while still being so pretentious.
Stop posting these kinds of videos, Greg. You're not helping anyone.
My sister smokes. I beg her to stop. But she never listends to me -__- She continues. Now shes realy sick...shes coughing and gagging now and its hard for her to breathe o: My mom and my dad use to smoke also my grandma and grandpa did....I dont neither does my big brother.
fuck off onision. my mother smokes, she can´t stop, she may be "weak" as you put it. she is not weak. she is by far the strongest person I know out there. She has raise dme my brother and helps our family members constantly while dealing with her own pain. the doctors can´t fix her knee but she still walks around on it. that´s not weak. just because she smokes doesn´t mean she hurts anyone.
shut up onision. It´s kind aobvious you have never smoked. you don´t know shit about it.
How can people talk about a smoking addiction ( that`s what it is) Unless you have smoked and given up how can you comment ? How can anyone comment unless they have been addicted to something. Everyone is different we all die sooner or later.
I didn't really want to stop smoking, but I had to buy cigarettes for everyone in my family and I was going in debt because of it. If I refused to buy cigarettes for them and only buy them for myself, they would all sneak into my room when I was asleep and steal my cigarettes. So, I just stopped buying them and I strangely didn't crave them at all after that. I think it's because they brought so much negativity into my life and caused me to lose respect for my family. Plus, now I have money!
I quit smoking just over a year ago, it was really simple for me. i didnt have to use patches or gum but for majority of people its not that easy. my mother in law has tried to stop over and over. onision im pretty sure you've never smoked, simply because thats what you have implied. you can't say how easy it is when you dont know.
You have no fucking idea what its like to have a serious addiction for tabocco drugs or alchohol so dont judge someone else unless you've walked in their shoes
I started when I was 14 I knew nothing about it at that age so its my fault nobody told me? btw I quit after new years it was the most hardest thing Ive ever had to do you and onision know nothing about smoking so dont judge others
Oh and btw, my great grand father, he can still walk, talk, his head is cleared (just his memory's a bit eh, and his hearing not good of course!) I think it's amazing, considering he's turning 99. Yes, 99, a year from 100 years old. He quit smoking (I dunno when he started) when he was 64 years old. He just... quit. I dunno. But he's 98 years old! Maybe it's just luck... Love you, old man.
You've never smoked before, right? Well, me neither. But I'm smart enough to respect those smokers who try to quit, me myself, have only been addicted to having my thumb in my mouth (yup) and it wasn't easy to quit, I wasn't able to sleep... I've quit now (though maybe I do it in sleep O.o) but the point of this is; bad habits are hard to get rid of. You wouldn't know, if you've never smoked. I atleast understand them. But please do, if you're a smoker - try to quit!
I'm a very violent and aggressive person. Smoking calms me down(before I started, I was out of control ALL the time). Last time I didn't have a cig for 4 hours, me and my father got in a HUGE verbal/physical argument over a fucking mustard bottle. I keep myself busy by working out, playing video games, working, college etc.. but I always seem to smoke either while I'm doing these things or when I'm finished with these things. HOW DO I QUIT?!?!?!?! NOBODY has given me good advise thus far.:(
@trying2killsometime I never said they were fact? Calm down, there's no need to insult people for posting their opinions and experiences. I mean really...I said my dad quit smoking easily, so that makes me a 'fucking retard'? Lol.
This video is so true. My dad smoked heavily for over a decade when he was younger and when he met my mum and she told him she didn't like it, he quit straight away. Easy.
Why do people dislike this? If you are looking it up, because you want to quit smoking... you should probably take his advice... because.you.looked.it.up.
If you don't know how this type of dependency acts on people who have taken up smoking, you're not the one to talk. You don't know how it feels. And yes, smokers may have lots of better problems to think about, but smoking can act upon you on different levels.
@cristy292 He just wants you to be strong. Would you think he was awesome if he wanted you to be weak? Those people are the ones that really need the "fuck you", the ones that want to keep you weak. Those people are the real assholes.
Even though he didn't smoke, from a smokers point of view that has quit successfully, he is spot-on. So, don't knock it till you try it.
In almost every country on the planet, there are more EX-smokers than smokers, a LOT more... so ask yourself... if the average Joe can quit, if the average Joe's retarded cousin can quit, and you can't, does that make you below average here? Should you dislike a video that gives sound advice on quitting something you obviously suck at quitting? Or should you suck it up, try said advice, and stop whining that everyone (but your fellow weak-ass smokers) says you're weak?
That's why he's calling you current smokers "Weak", because you are; you're being whiny little bitches, you just don't notice it; Think about it; Do you complain about his disdain for sexing your dad? No. Because you're not trying to quit that. You complain because you try and fail to quit smoking. You complain instead of work at it. That's why you're weak, that's why your lazy and that's why I will punch you in the neck with my penis, instantly decapitating you in a fight if you ever VS me.
Addictions are behavior-based. If you change your behavior, i.e. do something very different/hard, you will make it easier to change addictions related to your old behavior. Nobody is a born smoker and everybody can quit if forced. It's not like being gay or masturbating or being hungry.
The desire to smoke is caused by behaviors surrounding the desires. Just nobody that stays addicted pays enough attention to what they are doing when they want to smoke. They don't do "due diligence".
Oh, you can just shut the hell up, Onision. You've never had nicotine in your bloodstream. You have no idea how addictive it is. Nicotine is more addictive than ANY other drug, even crystal meth. So don't be talking shit to all these people and talking down to them like you're so much better than them; you've never even been addicted to anything! You're a straight edge!
@Anonomys246 No, not at all! I'm just saying this guy can't be putting these people down and telling them they're weak when he doesn't even know how hard it is too quit. However, I WILL say that they're stupid for even smoking in the first place!
@BLTwithCHEESE Smoking is not hard to quit if you follow his advice, he is spot on here, actually. You miss the point.
Stabbing your self in the balls is not a hard habit to quit; That's why he made an advice video on smoking, kay?
Everybody instantly quits smoking during combat training. instantly. Why? Because they do other stuff that's harder. "Man I wish I had me some smokes" is the last thing on your mind when you're doing laps around a park or a 100 crunches. That's all he is saying.
@onexdata Stabbing yourself in the balls isn't a hard habit to quit because it doesn't fill your bloodstream with the most addictive drug out there, you idiot. Smoking isn't like biting your nails or popping your knuckles, it's much more like snorting some cocaine or shooting up some heroine...but not with the high part, just the addictive part.
@BLTwithCHEESE There's no reason to call me an idiot. I smoked before. I know how it is. It is "addictive" to varying degrees to different people. According to the CDC 3 million smokers quit and stay quit just in the U.S. every year on average and this figure is increasing not decreasing. Quitting is hard but anything worth while is hard. If you don't want to quit, quit watching quitting videos. If you want to quit, take helpful advice instead of whining about it.
@BLTwithCHEESE Also you need to understand that since addiction is by definition a behavioral action, if you aren't mindful of your actions and how you behave, or worse, if you make excuses like "it's as bad as crack man!" you are predicting and creating your own failure. People who climb Everest don't bitch about it the whole month before, they plan it out, they think positive. Nobody would sky dive if everyone kept thinking about how dangerous it is. Nobody would do anything positive.
@onexdata I'm not saying it's impossible to quit, but this guy is making it sound like it's the easiest thing to do in the world, and with a rude, cocky attitude. I much prefer your Everest analogy; at least you're not being an asshole about it.
Hmm.. Heres a little piece of advice.. ( and a bit of a story).
My dad was a heavy smoker. He gave up drinking 5 years ago and gave up smoking about 6 months ago. I couldn't be a prouder daughter - He tried electric cigarettes. The smoke is water vapour and the tip of the cigarette has a tiny amount of tobacco at the top with a flavour. I couldn't look up to him more<3
Onision, in a way you are right about this. But I do think you'd get more people to see things your way if you weren't so damn smug and condescending.
Greg, it is not about being weak. It took me several trys over several years, and eventually my uncle becoming terminally ill, last Nov. for me to quit.
Calling me weak before this time would have not helped one ounce. It took what it took..and someone demeaning my character would not have done it. Like LOLHarshHash, I smoked from the age of 13 or 14. I am now 31 years old, so it was not the easiest thing to do. I watched a lot of prison specials on National Geograpic as a distraction.:)
I started smoking at the age of 13, at the age of 20, this year, 1 month yesterday in fact I quit smoking. Just like that, with an entire day of hard work i needed to concentrate on, I didn't even get an urge to smoke, until my breaks.
Since that day, I have not had a smoke except for when I go out drinking, then, I can not stop the want or need for it.
But Onision is completely true about addictions, there is no such thing as addictions just weak minds. Any body can get caught in routine.
This is the same thing about alcoholism...If your strong enough you can just say to yourself that your not gonna touch that bottle ever again...Now some people just drink or do any kind of drugs cuz their just boring people...They have nothing else to do with their time so they just try to find "fun" in doing these things, and trying to avoid reality...
Find some fun hobby and quit whatever drug your doing
He's talking about those who has smoked for about 3-5 years. Those who has smoked for about 10 years are having a hard time to stop. Only if you have smoked for a long time then you have it a hard time to quit. Those who has smoked for 5 years has only it in their mind.
ok one, quitting smoking is actually easy, just put the cigarettes down and stop smoking, the only reason people say its hard is cause they DON'T want to give it up,so they keep smoking.Be real people,I've smoked for 14 years and in one minute i quit, its very easy just do it.
I smoked at one point. I found the chains of nicotine addiction FRIGHTFULLY difficult to sever. I did it, though. I do not smoke any more. I think you are minimizing the issue, though. Though I kept my mind active, every five minutes I would return to "I need a cigarette" and would have to ensue the entire battle all over again. I'm just a little offended at how easy you claim it to be. It was extremely difficult to quit, but it can be done.
Though, I think that the mental part here comes in because the mind will instruct the emotions that it's worth it, for the "why".
For the people you mentioned in your video, it was (most likely) whatever spiritual state they hoped to attain.
Please don't demean the power of nicotine, or the pure balls/labia that the people who've given up obviously exhibit, by saying "just keep busy", it's a lot more difficult than that. It helps, tremendously, but it's not that easy.
I think that you've got it with the difference being in the mind, but I absolutely do not think it's as simple as you think it is. There a quote by Nietzsche in which he talks about suffering, and he says "Man can live any how, if he has a why". I recently gave up smoking, after 7 years of up to 30 a day, and having started at 13, smoking was a huge part of my identity.
I got through the first three days, which kicked my butt, I have to say, I was in bed miserably chewing on a nicotine gum.
according to ONISION if i fuck his mother and she comes back for my dick again and again...shes weak. maybe if my dick was an idea...she would be able to quit if she could only distract herself..being that my dick ISNT an idea..its hanging between my legs..that would just make your mom a whore..right? because smoking is a physical addiction. being my dick is physical: flesh and blood. your mom is just a dicksuckin slut..check that.
@theband100 since your dick is technically referred to as an "innie" and doctors look to it for weather conditions on groundhog day, I don't think his mom would be able to locate it most of the time, let alone come back for it..check that.
you are FUCKING RETARDED!!!!! smoking isnt just mental you fuckin opinionated pussy. I would pay good fucking money to kick your fuckin teeth in...i would pay good money to SLAM your face into concrete! have you ever smoked? well if you have then YOUR not a good person...according to your video "smokers" then YOUR stupid and selfish! and if you HAVENT ever smoked before you have NO FUCKING CLUE what your talking about..if somebody kills my mom and your mom is still alive you CANT relate to me!
@theband100 It's good you pay good money, like, instead of the bad kind, for something noble like kicking in someones teeth for having an opinion. If somebody kills your mom and my mom is still alive you can really relate. It's called empathy. I can feel bad, I can look to your face and words for clues as to your feelings, you can describe it. If it's still a life-crippling issue for you a decade later, you need psychological help, not another pity party. You're pulling the wuss card.
When my friend started smoking and like 6 people tried to stop him but the only thing that worked was buying those candy sticks that taste like chalk. If you have a few packets of them on you everyday and you need a cig take one of them out and you will eventually remember that they aren't doing anythign and you'll either start eating them or stop using them.
You're all being extremely cruel to him to want to help you. He may not completely understand, but I think we can all break addictions if we try hard enough. My aunt broke her smoking problem a few years ago. Shes 40 now and she was smoking since probably 15 or 16.
So what I'm saying, is that if we have a strong enough will , then its possible to break addictions like this. Smoking really doesn't help anyone out.
My boyfriend lied to me for 9 months. 9 months ago he told me he quit, but really, he didn't. He knows my fews on smoking. It's disgusting, I don't tolerate it.
So I found out a few days ago. I told the liar that if he smokes again, ever, that we're over. That it was me or cigarettes.
you dont get it...its scitentificly proven dumb fuck...omg are you seriously this stupid wow...i havnt liked you for a long time but jeeez this one pushed it you fucking idiot...you wouldnt even know you have never been addicted...fucking dumb fuck man...thats all ihave to say
I know 6 people who are smokers and have watched this video. Guess what? IT WORKED! To the people who said that it doesn't work: have you tried it? You morons. And he's not arrogant. How do you know that he didnt have friends or family members that smoked??!! If you think he's "an arrogant shit" WHY THE HELL DO YOU WATCH HIS VIDEOS???!!! Get a life! Seriously.
There's a difference between passion and threatening to take your life if you didn't have something as irrelevant as a youtube account. Especially when you're calling people with addicitons weak at the same time. It's like an anorexic criticising obese people when they themselves are a toothpick, oh but wait! They have a passion about being built like a breadstick!
Not having youtube was not the reason he threatened to kill himself, youtube however was the reason he wanted to live on. If you can't see the difference then you are as stupid as your columbine video makes you look.
We seem to be going in circles with this. Do you not see how pathetic it is that onision can only see reason in life through a youtube account? With every reason you could have to live and this guy's only one is to make videos where he runs around in an orange jump suit, screaming his head off in high pitch, and eating cheese a decade old.
his youtube accounts are his hobbies and his job, I don't think it's pathetic, some people do commit suicide when they are permanently unable to do what they love, and I understand that
Ok, hobby I can accept but a job? Please tell me you're taking the piss because if THIS is his way of making a living then he is truely doomed. Using a website like youtube for income is pretty reckless. What do you think he'll do if in some case, he loses his youtube and thus needs to get a real job? I can see it now on his resume "I spent 5 years covering myself in make up and screaming in front of a camera". Complete human waste...
Here's a little story about people and not acting like a douche bag. Some people are able to pull their head out of their ass and say, "You know what, I'm not going to be a douche bag anymore" and they stop behaving in that manner. Other people have their heads shoved so far up their rectums that it would take a barrel of lube and a crowbar to remove their cranium from their rectums, and continue to go through life acting like douche bags, and even go on to post youtube videos.
Goddamit Onision...I loveeddd all of your videos. But nicotine addiction is massive.
And the withdrawals can actually be VERY intense.
You're not strong, or weak to conquer any sort of addiction. You're just lucky.
My father was lucky when he became sober from alcohol. He has no room to tell another drunk man that he is weak because he drinks. He can only hope the best for him, that he makes the right choices.
My lungs are as black as volcano ash and the arteries surrounding my heart have been hardened and restricted. My immune system has been greatly depleted. The euphoric highs and lows of nicotine addiction cause permanent anxiety disorder as your brain develops in the wake of addiction.
Knowing all this i can safely say without my smokes id be high up in a bell tower with a sniper rife. Maybe i should do something more constructive like play video games.
You just gotta try not to pick up that first cigarette. My birthday is on the 26th (may) and My mom's is on the 28th. For mine, and her birthday, on the 28th we promised eachother not to let her pick up the first smoke.
I swear to god, he thinks he's so fucking profound and intellectual in all his videos, but then he tries to chalk up a well-known chemical neurological condition to 'lack of willpower'. thank you, doctor dickhole.
The fact that you are denigrating people you find to be beneath you is all too evident.
Your method has no backing from anyone or any scientific fact and you are just beneath contempt with your attitude and your fake "well wishing". Get over yourself.
Its a bit scary that so many people are commenting with agreement that its "all in your head". you people have no idea about chemical addiction. And NO I dont smoke. I do work in a hospital and not only have I studied at university, but I have work in rehabilitation and can state categorically, That it is not just a mind over matter experiance.
Ok.... It may cause physical pain as well... But I still feel it's all in the head. Mind over matter. Your brain convinces your body that you need the nicotine. Your body believes it, and so it reacts the way the brain tells it to. It's all a trick.
games my friend use to smoke and i got him into video games and i notice he was distracted by the games and i didnt even think it would work but i helped him
Wow, you totally won me over, but just for shits and giggles let's consider actual research onto physical addictions that are not the same as psychological addictions... yea. I didn't think you would.
More dislikes than likes. I mean, yeah... Greg doesn't like Smokers, but really, an addict can't help it if they're addicted. Yeah, it takes a lot of will power to quit, and it takes a commitment, too. Still, though.. trying to force people to quit something... :/
Onision... you DO understand that nowadaysm with all the shit they put in it, the addiction's as tough as a cocaine addiction to get rid of?
I'm not telling people not to smoke, as I agree, if you don't even care to try, you're one hell of a weak moron, but still... don't try to make it easy, millions of people who know what they're talking about have already tried.
You clearly don't have a good understanding of nicotine addiction. Yes, the mental/emotional symptoms can be conquered easly for some people. Do you even realize that quitting smoking can cause physical pain? People can experience severe headache, nausia, stomach cramps, and sweating, among other physicaly painful symptoms. Reading and chewing gum isn't much help when you're dizzy, vomiting, and have diarrhea. Thanks for the great advice on quitting smoking from a non-smoker. Brilliant.
@pinds83 True, but the same argument could apply to anything you detox off of. Of course, some are weaker than others, but detoxing from nicotine isn't nearly as bad as detoxing from marijuana or heroine, but they can still do it anyway.
@FeralArtist Heroine, yes. Marijuana? Pffftt! Seriously? Where did you hear that? Reefer Madness? Marijuana isn't physically addictive. Although some might argue it's psychologically addictive. I don't agree, personally, but that's not really the point here anyway.
I used this to stop earing a load of junk food XD thanks 4 posting!!!

Frida708 2 months ago
You've never smoked before, right? Well, me neither. But I'm smart enough to respect those smokers who try to quit, me myself, have only been addicted to having my thumb in my mouth (yup) and it wasn't easy to quit, I wasn't able to sleep... I've quit now (though maybe I do it in sleep O.o) but the point of this is; bad habits are hard to get rid of. You wouldn't know, if you've never smoked. I atleast understand them. But please do, if you're a smoker - try to quit!
Frida708 2 months ago
I'm a very violent and aggressive person. Smoking calms me down(before I started, I was out of control ALL the time). Last time I didn't have a cig for 4 hours, me and my father got in a HUGE verbal/physical argument over a fucking mustard bottle. I keep myself busy by working out, playing video games, working, college etc.. but I always seem to smoke either while I'm doing these things or when I'm finished with these things. HOW DO I QUIT?!?!?!?! NOBODY has given me good advise thus far.:(

If you don't know how this type of dependency acts on people who have taken up smoking, you're not the one to talk. You don't know how it feels. And yes, smokers may have lots of better problems to think about, but smoking can act upon you on different levels.
sweetDMfreak 3 months ago
@cristy292 He just wants you to be strong. Would you think he was awesome if he wanted you to be weak? Those people are the ones that really need the "fuck you", the ones that want to keep you weak. Those people are the real assholes.
Even though he didn't smoke, from a smokers point of view that has quit successfully, he is spot-on. So, don't knock it till you try it.
onexdata 3 months ago
In almost every country on the planet, there are more EX-smokers than smokers, a LOT more... so ask yourself... if the average Joe can quit, if the average Joe's retarded cousin can quit, and you can't, does that make you below average here? Should you dislike a video that gives sound advice on quitting something you obviously suck at quitting? Or should you suck it up, try said advice, and stop whining that everyone (but your fellow weak-ass smokers) says you're weak?
onexdata 3 months ago
That's why he's calling you current smokers "Weak", because you are; you're being whiny little bitches, you just don't notice it; Think about it; Do you complain about his disdain for sexing your dad? No. Because you're not trying to quit that. You complain because you try and fail to quit smoking. You complain instead of work at it. That's why you're weak, that's why your lazy and that's why I will punch you in the neck with my penis, instantly decapitating you in a fight if you ever VS me.
onexdata 3 months ago

BLTwithCHEESE 3 months ago
@BLTwithCHEESE So not being addicted to any drugs makes you a bad person?
Anonomys246 3 months ago
@Anonomys246 No, not at all! I'm just saying this guy can't be putting these people down and telling them they're weak when he doesn't even know how hard it is too quit. However, I WILL say that they're stupid for even smoking in the first place!
BLTwithCHEESE 3 months ago
@BLTwithCHEESE It's true, smoking is hard to quit.
Anonomys246 3 months ago
@BLTwithCHEESE Smoking is not hard to quit if you follow his advice, he is spot on here, actually. You miss the point.
Stabbing your self in the balls is not a hard habit to quit; That's why he made an advice video on smoking, kay?
Everybody instantly quits smoking during combat training. instantly. Why? Because they do other stuff that's harder. "Man I wish I had me some smokes" is the last thing on your mind when you're doing laps around a park or a 100 crunches. That's all he is saying.
onexdata 3 months ago
@onexdata Stabbing yourself in the balls isn't a hard habit to quit because it doesn't fill your bloodstream with the most addictive drug out there, you idiot. Smoking isn't like biting your nails or popping your knuckles, it's much more like snorting some cocaine or shooting up some heroine...but not with the high part, just the addictive part.
BLTwithCHEESE 3 months ago
@BLTwithCHEESE There's no reason to call me an idiot. I smoked before. I know how it is. It is "addictive" to varying degrees to different people. According to the CDC 3 million smokers quit and stay quit just in the U.S. every year on average and this figure is increasing not decreasing. Quitting is hard but anything worth while is hard. If you don't want to quit, quit watching quitting videos. If you want to quit, take helpful advice instead of whining about it.
onexdata 3 months ago
@BLTwithCHEESE Also you need to understand that since addiction is by definition a behavioral action, if you aren't mindful of your actions and how you behave, or worse, if you make excuses like "it's as bad as crack man!" you are predicting and creating your own failure. People who climb Everest don't bitch about it the whole month before, they plan it out, they think positive. Nobody would sky dive if everyone kept thinking about how dangerous it is. Nobody would do anything positive.
onexdata 3 months ago
@onexdata I'm not saying it's impossible to quit, but this guy is making it sound like it's the easiest thing to do in the world, and with a rude, cocky attitude. I much prefer your Everest analogy; at least you're not being an asshole about it.

RosElisabeth 4 months ago
I started smoking at the age of 13, at the age of 20, this year, 1 month yesterday in fact I quit smoking. Just like that, with an entire day of hard work i needed to concentrate on, I didn't even get an urge to smoke, until my breaks.
Since that day, I have not had a smoke except for when I go out drinking, then, I can not stop the want or need for it.
But Onision is completely true about addictions, there is no such thing as addictions just weak minds. Any body can get caught in routine.
LoLHarshHash 4 months ago
This is the same thing about alcoholism...If your strong enough you can just say to yourself that your not gonna touch that bottle ever again...Now some people just drink or do any kind of drugs cuz their just boring people...They have nothing else to do with their time so they just try to find "fun" in doing these things, and trying to avoid reality...
Find some fun hobby and quit whatever drug your doing

It helps, tremendously, but it's not that easy.
lifeontheground 6 months ago
I think that you've got it with the difference being in the mind, but I absolutely do not think it's as simple as you think it is. There a quote by Nietzsche in which he talks about suffering, and he says "Man can live any how, if he has a why". I recently gave up smoking, after 7 years of up to 30 a day, and having started at 13, smoking was a huge part of my identity.
I got through the first three days, which kicked my butt, I have to say, I was in bed miserably chewing on a nicotine gum.
lifeontheground 6 months ago
according to ONISION if i fuck his mother and she comes back for my dick again and again...shes weak. maybe if my dick was an idea...she would be able to quit if she could only distract herself..being that my dick ISNT an idea..its hanging between my legs..that would just make your mom a whore..right? because smoking is a physical addiction. being my dick is physical: flesh and blood. your mom is just a dicksuckin slut..check that.
theband100 6 months ago 2
@theband100 since your dick is technically referred to as an "innie" and doctors look to it for weather conditions on groundhog day, I don't think his mom would be able to locate it most of the time, let alone come back for it..check that.

theband100 6 months ago
@theband100 It's good you pay good money, like, instead of the bad kind, for something noble like kicking in someones teeth for having an opinion. If somebody kills your mom and my mom is still alive you can really relate. It's called empathy. I can feel bad, I can look to your face and words for clues as to your feelings, you can describe it. If it's still a life-crippling issue for you a decade later, you need psychological help, not another pity party. You're pulling the wuss card.

Ok, hobby I can accept but a job? Please tell me you're taking the piss because if THIS is his way of making a living then he is truely doomed.

I'm sorry. I really like your videos...but damn.
IbanezHunter 8 months ago
My lungs are as black as volcano ash and the arteries surrounding my heart have been hardened and restricted. My immune system has been greatly depleted. The euphoric highs and lows of nicotine addiction cause permanent anxiety disorder as your brain develops in the wake of addiction.

Brilliant.
