If I understand your Italian correctly: yes this is music and not noise. It is a cello version of one of the classics of pop music and an eyeopener on the possibilities of combining a classical instrument and a rock song. Here the cello plays the guitar part, played and composed by one of the most creative guitar players of the last century. So you may not like it, but that does not make it noise.
