I have a Bengal cat as well and he acts the same way when it comes to wet food. The dry food....he just thinks...whatever, but when he hears the rustling of the ceramic bowls for the wet food, the howling and b**ching begins. It actually very cute.

Well I just got me a kitten brought it at home and i'm really happy but she doesnt wants to eat anything, she cries all the time, she drinks water sometimes. she's healthy & she's 10 wks old

Is this normal for a kitten be behave this way or am doing something wrong?

Have you tried wet cat food? Lily wouldn't eat dry at first so I started mixing them together. If it keeps going on I would take her to a vet just to make sure there isn't something wrong. Lily Had to have surgery cause she ate plastic once...she wasn't eating then. Good luck and I hope its just that you have a picky eater kitty!

I have a mink bengal and not only does she scream when it's time for food, she screams when she wants to be pet or brushed, she screams for no reason, and if she wants to leave a room or go outside, its a blood curdling scream.

She also prefers wetfood, consumes it like its running out, and when she was younger, say 1-3 she could eat a whole 5.5 ounce can in one sitting.

Hi I just wanted to say that I love you cat, very very cute..... but please tell me that's not canned cat food :( Bengals are not like normal cats they NEED fat in there diet i feed mine raw meat every day and throw in an raw egg each week Mmmmm also please be careful with dry food some bigger named Safeway brands can actually cause problems later in life, always better to fork out and get the good stuff for a Bengal.

I was told by the breeder to start her out with a mix of this wet food and her usual dry food as she was a picky eater. She could have died if she didn't have wet food in her diet at a young age. And yeah I don't buy cheap crap food thanks.

We had about 7 generations of stray domestic cats come and go. We used to feed them chicken fit for human consumption. They would love it and grow fat!:) Not sure, if your bengal needs or love it, though.

One of our domestic cat was extremely vocal. She wouldn't stop until given food, that would sometimes 3-4 times a day, and yes chicken!!She'd also make sounds while eating. They were free to come and go, so I donno wer she is now.

My Bengal was kiled 7 days ago. I am so sad... ; ( It was kiled by my wife in our driveway...She reversed and a cat somhow didn't anticipate this. She was very active outside during every night, and we should keep her only in the house during the day. It may be just zomby... and not alert . Anyway ...Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ...

Two is definitely more work and a lot more craziness but the plus of having two is they can keep each other occupied. When you have one bengal you have to be his or her source of entertainment or they will start destroying things. With two at least sometimes you get a break. But then you cant let them think you are playing favorites. This could go back and forth a lot...its up to you how much time you want to put in! :)

Bengal cats are a hybrid bred with a domestic cat and an Asian Leopard Cat. But most of them are at least 4 generations from the wild cat. :)

So this one is meant to look like a snow leopard and my other is meant to look like a regular leopard.
