Actually, in my opinion, it's not a good sketch at all. The actualy JOKE here is that some guy is supposed to have a REAL conversation on his phone, but it SOUNDS like he's talking to the guy behind him.

You're supposed to build up suspicion until finally he says "yeah, you behind me, in the yellow shirt".

They STARTED with the PUNCHLINE. And his "conversation" was retarded, it made no actual SENSE in the context of a real conversation.
