Total BS.
This is a way to move MORE manufacturing jobs off-shore and then ship those products back into the US tariff free. That will in fact make it even harder for real domestic producers to compete.

that is bull, what it does is put them on life support and then we force their hands to do what we want them to do or we cut them off and starve them. so what does it all mean. we have to read between the lines
