As far as schools, I think you are confusing sex ed with teaching kids about diverse families. No one is going to show a gay sex how-to film to students. However, as long as some children come from homes with same-sex parents, schools may teach that families vary (single parents, too). Prop 8 did not make that illegal.

I work at an University and I see young people like this who know nothing about the past but have an opinion and think they are correct. They are lazy, spoil and dumb to their surroundings.
