@nebby589 - I'm afraid you'll need to be a little more specific. What "thing" did I do with the layers, that's of interest to you? Aside from adding a couple of layers, and changing the opacity of one, I didn't really do much with them.
@nebby589 - Okay. As you're watching the video, you'll see that I create a second layer (above the blue layer). I did that using the Add Layer button, on the bottom of the layer panel. I then drew a sketch of the cat on it, and then made another new layer, which I paint on. By clicking on the eye icon of the pencil sketch layer, one can hide or show that layer, or one could right click on the layer, and use the opacity option to type in a transparency amount.
@500cheche - Thanks. I actually just put up a similar video the other day, made with ArtRage Studio Pro. It's called, Blue Bird in ArtRage Studio Pro 3.5. So if you enjoyed this one, you might want to check that one, too.
@TheZipstorm - I used two programs, actually. I set the features on my recording software (which is CamStudio) so that it shot frames every few seconds, then I used Windows Movie Maker to condense it further. I'm using Sony Vegas for that now, though.
I don't know actually. A friend of mine gave me an old CD of his, which had a bunch of different stuff on it. Sorry. If anyone reading this know and could post it that'd be great. I'd like to buy the full CD myself.
Now make the cookie monster!!!

How did you record this? What programs to use?
TheOneAlectrona 1 year ago
@TheOneAlectrona
I used CamStudio (free, open source program) to record the screen while drawing and Windows Movie Maker to piece together the different clips.

Thanks,
I used a combination of the crayon tool and the palette knife tool set on soft with a high pressure percentage, to smear the colors out.
