In all countries, there are dumb people as well as smart ones. To say that an entire country is just one thing is unfair as well as incorrect. Labels are for soup cans, and they should stay that way.
In your video, you made absolutely no indication whatsoever that you were specifically targeting those who were stupid in America.
"Stupid people in America" would have been closer, but still it leans toward sounding as if being put across as a general statement.
Also, about your example, it's not a correct one. The way you put it across, it's being used as a description for a certain group, as opposed to "stupid americans" whereas in your video, looks like a general comment.
Also, I'm interested as to why you only respond to the comments that could be seen as negative. Your responses seem to only consist of "know-it-all" statements with a really annoying "e.e" put somewhere in there.

I think after watching this, Nintendo will design a Wii-Nose specifically for you. Or a Wii-raise-your-IQ, so you dont sound dumb as a door knob trying to figure out how "Direct upload" works, Maybe you dont but everyone knows "direct upload" is a way to indirectly download.

You make a good point. Yet, I really don't think people are intentionally trying to bring others down who have gotten further in life than them. I believe that it is human nature (and yes like Kailys said, sadly American culture) to enjoy talking about negative things in all forms. It doesn't help that the media exacerbates this negativity by feeding us stories of demise, death and destruction.
I think it's hard for most people to conquer the human condition of brooding negativity overall.
I think you are right, I remember I used to get a subtle feeling of happiness when someone who's doing better than me messes up, I wouldnt say I was happy for his failure, but i certainly was happy for me since now i felt I had a chance of making it too, This applies to life in general i believe.

Unless you go to the beach every day, which is crowded and impossible to find parking anywhere and overpriced and cold even in the dead of summer, then 'sunny' quickly loses favor.
If I lived in Washington state, I'd go hiking at least once a week.
