I think he tried to make a comeback a little too soon. He should have waited another couple years, because from like 14ish-18ish his vocal range was very small and he couldn't sing that well and it was still just...bad. He sounds really great now though! He's like 21! Go check out the song Billy the Kid, if you want to hear Billy sounding fabulous again!
