Hey can someone please please please please help me!!! I was on sem-tethered jailbreak for 5.0 and it died but usually it would turn back on and let me still slide to unlock but couldnt use cydia, etc. now whne i got home i plugged it up bc it was dead and it wouldnt get passed the apple logo??? so now i tried to downgrade and it worked and everything it finished and said it was done but after it was done it went straight back to recovery mode and i tryed getting out of recovery mode in tinyum

@planb820 You can either stay on 4.2.1 or upgrade to 4.3.1 (I think clean restore is recommended) and jailbreak using Redsn0w/PwnageTool/Sn0wbreeze

@EverythingiPods It will void your warranty, but if you fully restore your Ipod you will have your warranty still, as long as it is jailbroken apple will void your warranty, but you should jailbreak it but if any problems start coming fully restore it.

For all windows users, if your redsn0w does not work do these steps: right click on redsn0w>go to properties>go to compatibility>choose run this program in compatibility mode for WINDOWS 98/ME>and click RUN THIS PROGRAM AS ADMINISTRATOR. Hope this helps

@MrFootball1698 in the folder there is a .exe file called redsn0w, u have to right click it and click properties, then there will be 3 bars on top called general, compatibility and summary click compatibility then run it as windows 98/me........ (apply, close) and do the jailbreak
