I think he should be studied, with the intent to understand his physical and psychological irregularities, in an effort to prevent those types of crimes in the future.
This would be trying to treat the core cause of problems, as opposed to simply putting him down, which is like treating the symptoms of those problems.
This guy reminds me of the Clinton Crime Family, Dick Cheney, Eric Holder and, especially, Obama.
