This is cool, like 'Stick Control' for MPC. Benny Grebb does some cool systems too that would be easily relevant to this sorta stuff. I never realised how cool MPC type finger drumming was! This seems like it might be a little easier to take something like this around than a drum kit! :P

hey, anywhere no if you can load a MPC sequence in maschine ? I can load my PGM file up but not the sequence for some reason. Im using the 2000XL ...be most grateful if anyone knows if this can be done and how ! peace

@LoveBuzz3 I haven't used an MPC in many many years, but I know some files are somewhat propietary to the MPC, meaning they will only work on the MPC. I assume by sequence though tht you are talking about midi and not some audio sample riff? If I remember correctly, you should be able to go midi out from MPC to your computer. In which case just set up a midi track hit record and let the MPC play the sequence while your computer records the midi. Then load the audio samples and assign..

@lordoid hi , thanks for your reply. I seem to be able to load the PGM without many problems. But I dont know how to load the SEQ file so that the sequence Ive created on my MPC can play...any ideas ?

Jeremy, do you prefer the maschine now? and if i was looking into getting a hardware production surface, do you reccomend i get a mpd or the mikro, because i also like how the maschine includes all that software and samples

Hi Jeremy first thanks for all these amazing videos !

I'm learning slowly but struggling to play in time on my padKontrol.

I think part of the reason is that my finger rebound is not consistent so I'm starting from a different height before every hit. Do you have any technique recommendation to help with that ?
