They're UK or Austrailian commercials (What ever country is RHD), they probably dont use disclaimers because their audience realizes you'd sonner kill yourself than be able to enjoy this if you were to try it at home.
ya and plus they dont have to worry about ppl sueing or anything because US is the only country that allowes its citizens to sue someone else for dumb shit.
