    C7 - F7 - C7/C#7 - C7 - F7 - F#dim7 - C7 - C7 -G7 - F7 - C7/F7 - C7/G7

    That’s the basic progression; try substituting the F7, G7, or the C7 for that matter, with ‘9’chords i.e. F9, G9...
