Let me just say that I think it is truly amazing you wrote this long and thoughtful song. The story really touched you, and that makes it so sincere and beautiful. You took it personally, and just the fact that it made you cry, that is something. Most people see that kind of news and feel bad, but not cry for that family or make a song about it. You are an amazing person. I can watch this over and over again; it is very moving.

I want to thank you so much for your beautiful work. Rick and Leslie would have loved it. You have a great talent. My son was one of Rick and Leslie's best friends and I can tell you not a day goes by but what I cry and think of them . They are really missed. This was a beautiful song Im Brandons Mom and I realy think he will love it too Rick was his dad and Leslie was his stepmom and Nathan his brother! Leslie was the greatest stepmom a mom could ever wish for and Richard was the greatest father and he spoke of Nathan with such love they will be missed forever and ur song has truley touched my heart and my familys thank you!!
