I have a neighbor and several co workers who have been using telepathy/telepathic communication/ law of attraction to take advantage of me and steer me in the complete wrong direction. hope. Can anyone please tell me what the quickest and most effective way to reverse all the feelings and thoughts that those people have already harbored into meme because I'm getting drained. If you're willing to send me positive energy that would be much appreciated as well. Thank you.

Good afternoon, Hearty, I'm not guaranteeing what I'm about to tell you will work, it's all up to you. There's many thing's that you can do to erase the energies and thought's that have been thrown at you, one being cleansing through meditation, best done while in the shower. Imagine that the water washing down your head and body cleans more than just your body, it can cleanse your energy as well, but only if you make the intention of it known.

here's a site that gives you a general idea of what your trying to accomplish, you may not understand or feel comfortable with the "prayer" that they use, so come up with your own, the whole idea of the "prayer" is making your intention known to the cosmos, that's where your inner-self, or higher-self, rather, resides. When you make the intention known, it's out there, but it's up to us to allow it to be so.

Ok, I can't post links, maybe youtube doesnt allow it or I just may not know how, either way, go to google and type in shower energy cleansing, the first one it gives is from eaglespiritministry, thats the one I was going to send you to. Also, this could be a great help to you and many other people, it's called shielding your aura, look that up on google, and the second link from ehow.com give a good explination of it, though you may find a different technique works best for you.

One more thing that may help is carrying a piece of purple quartz, better known as amethyst, on you at all times. You can get the raw crystal stones from most metaphysical shops, or many places on the net, including ebay. What it does, is mixes it's energies with yours, your aura, and it makes them stronger, like instead of using clay to make bricks, you use concrete to make cinderblocks, and when you do that, making known the intention of it, it really strengthens your aura shield

Sorry to be so lengthy, I just feel that many people are having the same problems you are, but unlike you, they're not aware of it. Just please remember, you have to make the intention known for any of this to work. The best way is to meditate, quiet your mind and open the connection to your higher-self, and then make the intention known with your thoughts.
