actually it depends on the person taking care of their horses i know some Philadelphia drivers who love their horses and they have huge stalls but yes i do agree some people are cruel to city driving horses

If this is his stable its disgusting, horses working on hard ground all day need a softer quiter place to rest. This horse can't rest with all the noise around him. He cant lay down to ease his aching feet, due to the high level of noise he cant relax for a second! Horses are herd animals who feel safe when around other equines, they need to run & roll after a hard day! This is a totally unnatural enviroment for a horse. NYC stop useing these buggies, get a taxi and let horses be horses!
