@behemothboy11 Interesting thought. I think its relative to the player's repertoire. Mike Marshall comes out of an American alternative/bluegrass tradition, where as Catrina Lichtenberg doesnt even own an Fstyle mandolin to my knowledge. I think there can be an advantage to having stubby macho beefcake fingers that can really put the pressure on for chopping effects.
