  • I wouldn't use table salt because the flavor will be too harsh. You can use any sea salt...and if you can find flaked sea salt, even better!

  • Can you use normal salt if you don't have the fleur de sel ?

  • Is there something else you'd like to see a totally normal — well, maybe that I can't promise —non-professional home cook make? Let me know!
