You can disrespect seagulls with this dialog, but the gulls certainly wuld not be impressed. The gulls pity you because you are so poorly adapted as opportunistic survivors. Gulls can drink salt water , swim with web feet and fly with excellent persicion. As a two legged mammal, you are not on the same level as a gull, and hence, should not attempt to disrespect them :-)
