they have this dumb rule that when its down to the last two cars, that when you hit the other car, it goes under the count and has to hit you back (a competitive hit, not a touch) under a certain amount of time.
They do this I guess so that the derby doesn't go on too long with two cars barely chugging along and tapping eachother for 20 minutes. I don't really care for this rule though.
So car 861 was still running, but couldn't get a hit in.
i think its crap that they wave off the other other car while the driver trys to start his car back up
