i don't know i kind of hope so because Paul Bettany is a beast Dustfinger who was my favorite character in the series, but he does NOT go home in inkheart! D:< he goes home on page 9 in Inkspell (yes i just looked it up, i don't know it by heart.) and idk how they're gonna introduce Orpheus who we all know is a big part of Inkdeath and a semi big part of Inkspell....

I know!! They most likely wanteda happy ending in the first one for the kids...Of course, reading the books, going home wasn't too happy with the death of one daughter and the other disowning him... But knowing the movie industry, they'll come up with some sad excuse that doesn't fit the story whatsoever and twists it around even more until it's unrecognizable. And sadly, I'll still run to the theatre to see it as soon as it comes out. :)
