@herro665 Some videos require my guitar to be closer to the microphone otherwise my voice overpowers the guitar. If I were to move the camera back it would just be too quiet :) Don't worry I don't have a fear of showing my face, I do appear in full view in some of my other videos :P

just wondering... umm how do u strum when u do the G like that. are u holding your index finger lower than your thumb and then strumming both at different locations>? Chorus wise, Im not sure how to strum that way! any suggestion is welcome

@tropiikalkis5 No trickery here lol I'm just strumming with my thumb as far as I can remember, my other finger just looks like it's strumming.

@tropiikalkis5 I strum with with my index finger when there's a picking bit involved as well, kind of lead with the nail on the way down and the skin bit I suppose on the up. Pretty much as if I had a pick but more finger/There isn't any one rule to these thing's I don't think, just what ever you end up finding the nicest or easiest. I find it a litttle awkward to do the thumb way. Keep trying thing's and you'll find your own technique sooner hopefully rather than later. Best of luck.

Errm not sure (are you talking about D, U, D, U, U etc?)

I strum/pick from ear so I don't have a tab or strumming pattern written down.

If you mean how do you pick it, it's simply picking down the strings with the chords that are used.

e.g. the first Am, pick the A string, then pick the D string and then strum down the chord.

on the record it sounds like he's ringing the g note (third fret) on the high e during the g, am, f and c of the chorus/bridge. It makes it chime. Perhaps I'm wrong. Nice interpretation though mister. Keep it up!

Yep standard tuning and it's defintaley an F chord that's played in the chorus part:

Amin, F, C, G x2

Amin, F, G (for the rest of the chorus)

With an A-minor pic the strings A & D (2nd and 3rd from top) and strum down,

Next a C chord do the same,

Then is a D chord & pic the D & G strings (3rd & 4th strings from top) & strum down on strings B and high E,

CHORUS: G chord (1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8), A-minor(1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8), & F chord(1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8).

Then start over again picking an A-minor.

Yep you're right. When I first learnt guitar over a year and a half ago this song was hard to play so I panicked quite a lot and became faster and faster throughout the song!! lol

I'm going to redo this since I'm a much better guitarist now, and hopefully it should be much better.

I am planning to do a remake at some point. My recording setup isn't the "easiest" to do so I need a good hour or two of spare time to do a few videos and get them up here (Which doesn't mix well with University work :) )

I actually went over the top with the reply to your comment so I apologise for that. I have the unfortunate abilitiy of attracting some idiots who post things like "hhaha you're shit/you play it wrong". Most of my earlier videos were done when I first started playing
