Thanks for posting this clip of your church's appearance on "Songs of Praise". I've heard a lot about this show here in the USA and now I finally got a chance to see it... very impressive. Praise God that a public broadcaster like the BBC continues to produce this show after nearly 50 years.
While cambola4 may be "disgusted" with "Songs", the BBC continues to air it for two reasons: (1) contributing to cultural and religious diversity per BBC One's remit, and (2) it's still a popular show.

So I paid my TV licence for the BBC to spend it on this trash? Excuse me, BBC, but why are you spending our money promoting religious programs like this. Even worse, you are now backing these evangelical fraud?. Come on, just look over to the other side of the Atlantic to see the reputation, history, infamy and wrongdoings of the US evangelists over the years who have sought to prey on the minds of the vulnerable, Disgusting. Ban religious programs like this from our TVs. Free us from religion.
@cambola4 Thanks for your comment. There are many people in Britain who are indeed Christians who are following these Christian programs and appreciate BBC's support of the many wonderful churches who bring real positive change to people's lives in countless communities throughout the country. I am sorry that you have a different view. We would love for you to come and visit us at KingsGate Community Church in Peterborough if you are local to the area.
@cambola4 Firstly the religious groups over here are nothing like the ones in America. Secondly these programs are put on tv for the people that want to watch them.
If you don't like them , then simple, don't watch it.
I for one like them !!! Call them what you want, but i can think of alot more on tv that i would call trash!!!.
@cambola4 mmmm you don`t know much, are you an immigrant???? this country is founded on religion and is the foundation of our society..unfortunately the rbbish you like on tv some of us don`t like....we ALL pay for our tv licence, simple reply is dude if u don`t like it DON`T WATCH IT!!
@cambola4 It's interesting to ponder. i wonder how aggressively you would complain if they did a documentary of any other religion? ie; Buddhism, islam, hinduism, etc. Jesus is the living God who stirs people like you up.
