First some facts!

- The video was online for about two months.

- People sent thousands of requests for removal.

- Google ignored all of them and removed the video only after a police request.

- The prosecutors accused Google of negligence.

On the other hand, any company can send a DMCA letter for a "supposed" copyright infringement and my blog is taken down immediately.

Copyright more important than personal privacy? Is this the world you want to live in?

I am glad to hear about Google's conviction and I maintain high hopes that this action will be followed soon by similr litigation against YouTube, who insists on playing lawyer, judge, and executioner in many aspects of video broadcasting on the internet. I had my video pulled cause i said "gay and fag" and i see videos of kids shooting in the air, racism videos, even porn and most never get taken down. Only if a youtube partner complains is when they take action.
