Any Zimbabwean remember as kids when we would sing....Angelina...Angelina mukaradhi.....uri kuendepiko.......ndirikuenda kunamhamha....kunotsvageiko......kunotsvaga ma......looool
This song reminds me of the brutal regime of milton obote and his men who killed our parents and we dropped out of school i always see them here in the UK hiding as political refuges but still the blood haunts them as many waragi is killing them totally useless go in canningtown you will see those dark faces!.

Wow, cant believe this, been looking for this tune for years! Thot it was by Bow and Arrow...dah...Thanx for posting, glad I found it, wont bother my friend Sandra now.x.
I lived next door to Mr. Semenya & his family in California when this song was recorded. Let me say that i still have memories of Caiphus and Letta and their wonderful music and excellent food! I am so glad that I found this! :) I would like to think that my name is the inspiration for the name of the song at least that is the way I remember it. I was a little girl at the time so it could just be an over active imagination! :) LOL
i wan to cry NOW!!!!! because there is no music from hugh, mirriam and all that can replace OUR music, love this music man, rocks big time!!!!!!!!!!!!! ANGELINE JOLIE LISTEN TO THIS SONG YOU WOULD LOVE IT!!! WIL MAKE SURE YOU GET IT THOUGH. ONE WAY OR THE OTHER!!!! BRAD LISTEN TO THIS SONG MAN!!!!! AFRICAN SONG FOR ZAHARA!!!! (ZEE)
Big up to Caiphus Semenya one of the greatest composers to come out of South Africa. Was exiled in the USA in the 60s and did wonderful things threre before returning home in the 90s amongst them was title score for the classic TV series THE ROOTS, the movie COLOR PURPLE and producing music for musicians like Nina Simone and Quincy Jones.
This number was voted the best song in da 80's in Masaka, Uganda it reminds me Midland Disco, City Sound Disco,Kamanyola Disco,Segco Disco and also places like Lido bar, Folklands night club, Army hall and many others all in Masaka town in Uganda.
I guess the partying in over now in Zimbabwe. It's time to kick the monster's butt. Does Mugabe sleep after he sees the devastation he's brought to Zimbabweans? I have some stilleto shoes with a nail at the tip that I can lend to anyone willing to make good use of them on some monster's sticky ass.
Oh this is another great one! These songs never grow old,Is this guy still on the music scene?Kudos to all who work hard to ensure that we listen to some nice stuff.
beautiful song....lovely thank u very much
