I think dave would sound better live if he would just sing rather then growl. I think switching back and forth like he has to fucks him up. When he sings like he does stricken (Other then Growling) He sounds like the greatest vocalist.

They did. It's in the Ten Thousand Fists Tour Edition album. The package includes the Ten Thousand Fists album w/ Monster and Two Worlds b-sides, a few music videos, and this concert. Everything is on 2 discs. The package is only available in UK/Europe territories.

Look for the Tour Edition of TTF on amazon.co.uk , you don't have to be in the UK to buy it. It's 14.95 pounds on there which is like...25-30 USD? It's not TOO much. Just have to convert pounds to dollar. (Google that.) Hell, Ebay may have it.

I live in Canada and bought the TTF Tour Edition from Amazon.ca; you don't have to use Amazon.co.uk lol. The package is well worth it just for Two Worlds, Monster and the DVD containing the whole Norfolk concert
