It's unfortunate that car companies work so hard on offering new exterior colors and yet they've become very restrictive on interior colors. Now days, you can only get an interior in beige, gray, black, or a combination thereof. Car companies appear to be attempting to be non-offensive with their interior color offerings rather than creative with them. Whatever happened to deep red, navy blue, fern green, etc.?

0:31 Lazy designers! Do you realize that audi never changes, their cars are awlays the same. Look at the sedans for the last 20 years. Q7 is ugly. They change only the LED lights. I don`t mind the q5 and the tt. And the only fine design belongs to the R8.

@AlexanderrrL Because why fix something if it ain't broke? Audi cars manage to look a lot more modern and futuristic-esque than a lot of other cars especially from its main competitors. The only other comparison I can think of are IBM computers which kept the same look throughout the whole ThinkPad range for decades but that didn't stop them from doing well or making great computers.

The grill is too big for the face which makes it look nose heavy. the head lights are a challenge that look like christmas lights arranged the wrong way, the rear end is Ultra bland the car as a whole is very unmoving

@shaklob The only way the A4 is better than the A8 is the price tag. The A8 is superior in almost every aspect besides fuel economy since it has a much more powerful engine. You get what you pay for, but all Audi cars look great. Extremely similar, but great.

To everyone saying this car doesn't compare to the MB S Class, I actually own and drive an S Class and this Audi is way ahead of it in terms of modern features. I can always tell who really drives and knows these cars and who doesn't, because everyone who actually owns a MB and Audi knows that both of these cars are excellent and both are well built. However, this new 2011 A8 outshines the latest S Class, and I for one plan on trading my S Class for it -this car is a work of art inside and out!

Long wheel base and Audi A8 are just hand and clove. I call this design engineer design-- cold, aloof, lofty, terse -- sans these though beautiful but a little too flashy bodies of Mercedes wagons. Audi won my heart since its A8 L release.

@PhaetonPower I think that Audi went for the quality and more room for luxury media systems than exterior visual looks. Think also about the performance this car delivers it is a great machine to drive. it may not be the best looker but it is highly reliable.
