He doesn't pick the high-tier characters. He probably considers it not enough challenge for him to win with high-tiers at this point. If he did, he'd probably wipe the floor with everybody. Instead, every character he picks is vulnerable to the usual Yun-Chun-Li axis. Skills can overcome tiers, but when a cheap Chun-Li player starts tick-throwing, you're still more likely to miss enough guesses to lose the match.

er.. his team won the 2008 sbo. in the 2009 sbo he made it to the top 4 with only 2 people (including himself) on the team in a 3-man tourney - using Q. yeah.

kuroda lost to momochi's mokoto last year SBO. Momochi was on fire and ended up winning the whole tourney.

Makoto - Q is a 7-free matchup. The fact that he could hang with motherfuckin MOMOCHI's Makoto with Q is impressive.

What is even more impressive is that he was trolling the entire tourney before losing to Momochi lol (which i think was in Grand Finals?)

According to Rikimaru, Kuroda has the best Ibuki in the world. I've never seen it before this and I have to question whether or not this is actually Kuroda. Sick resets tho!

Trust me, it's Kuroda. You have to keep in mind that this is GGPO 3s, not only is it casual it's FREE casuals. Also keep in mind input delay, bad stick, lag, not used to GGPO, ect ect.

Nomoto, a top japanese player confirmed, also I have every single Kuroda DVD and he plays Hugo, Dudley, Gouki and Ibuki exactly the same on the DVD, though he plays alot more safe due to it costing money when he loses :P

And it's been confirmed on japanese forums aswell that it's Kuroda.
