Why is everyone so touchy about "Nazism" in black metal? So.. making anti-religious music, that promotes church burning, murder, nihilism and misanthropy is okay, but the second you bring race into it it's not okay? That's a double standard my friends.

@Metactyl Nazism does not fit with Satanism or anti-Christianity. Nazism is just as dogmatic, if not more, than Christianity. It is a highly authoritarian structure, and if one is against Christianity I presume one is against authoritarianism. If one is against Christianity I presume one is against prejudice. Nazism is of course racism, which is obviously a prejudice. Nazi-Satanists are hypocrites.

@deathblackthrashing someone commented on a similar discussion about NS being largely associated with the more "raw" or "militant" black metal bands and said this "its really all boils down to worshiping satan, if you worship satan u worship pure hatred". probably the best explanation ive heard. not to say some ppl arent serious about its political aspect but that is a whole different conversation.
