Hi Scott, I am still making ur crawfish etouffee recepie and family loves it as they say its as good as any they have had there as they go once a year from NC. I am going to try this now, looks great.
I made this recipe, but I used seafood stock instead of beer. It turned out well. I think I added too much salt to it. But, it was very well seasoned and great tasting!!
I love your vids and your recipes! i was wondering though about this recipe, what type of worcestershire sauce do you use? the only kind i have found has high fructose corn syrup, is there one that is available that doesn't have it?
So great to see you again - we've missed you!! Just watched this latest offering with the two kids. They were mesmerized :) Looks DEEE-LISH. Congratulations on your new venture. We wish you all the best!!
@ScooterSMcGee - let me know how you like it. Make sure you have lots of extra bread to serve with the shrimp. You'll want to sop up all that great sauce.
Welcome Back!!!!!!!! I'm glad to see this recipe!!! A few weeks ago I attempted BBQ shrimp and it was a total FAIL but I will try again using your recipe. Thanks so much I can't wait to try it!!! BTW your website is Fab!
@EmpressKiki17 - yes, I guess this dish is more for true foodies or folks who don't mind getting their hands a little dirty :) But the flavor that the shells give to the overall flavor in the sauce is well worth the extra work.
This is so going in my recipe book!!!
Living here in Germany I need a little change here and there.

@CourteJester69 - yes, most varieties have some corn syrup in them. If you're concerned I'd recommend making your own... it's easy!
