  • outstanding ...you shuld have devein them shrimps first

  • i love your videos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I made this recipe, but I used seafood stock instead of beer. It turned out well. I think I added too much salt to it. But, it was very well seasoned and great tasting!!

  • I love your vids and your recipes! i was wondering though about this recipe, what type of worcestershire sauce do you use? the only kind i have found has high fructose corn syrup, is there one that is available that doesn't have it?

  • @CourteJester69 - yes, most varieties have some corn syrup in them. If you're concerned I'd recommend making your own... it's easy!

  • missed you!

  • Good luck on the new business Scott, and thanks for another great video. You were missed again, but always great to see what you have 'cooking.

  • What is it you said around 1.50? Sjalot or something, like the onion?

    (sorry, I'm from Europe)

  • @Noahtbable - yes I used Shallots (the little purple onions)

  • @ScooterSMcGee Thank you!

I'm going to try this tonight. Looks great.

  • @ScooterSMcGee - let me know how you like it. Make sure you have lots of extra bread to serve with the shrimp. You'll want to sop up all that great sauce.

  • Welcome Back!!!!!!!! I'm glad to see this recipe!!! A few weeks ago I attempted BBQ shrimp and it was a total FAIL but I will try again using your recipe. Thanks so much I can't wait to try it!!! BTW your website is Fab!

  • welcome back chef! i"m waiting!

  • ok this dish is nice but u DIDN'T CLEAN THE SHRIMP!!! eww :|

  • @EmpressKiki17 - yes, I guess this dish is more for true foodies or folks who don't mind getting their hands a little dirty :) But the flavor that the shells give to the overall flavor in the sauce is well worth the extra work.

  • wow...looks really nice...

  • The shrimp look wonderful. Best wishes on your new business!

  • Happy to see you again!! Looks delicious!! :D

  • Nice to have you back!
