great video...where in NZ was this? i am in Marlborough and im looking at getting into gold panning...do you have any advice on how to get started? can i just jump in the river and start or do i need a permit? thanks..
Hi, no it's from a 7 day stint or roughly about 40 to 45 hours of intensive dredging during which we had several hickups/gear brakedown which slowed us down considerably. Without that we probably could have achieved the same result within 5 days. Cheers
