I used to work in skin care and am now in the process of removing a tattoo. My first step was to go to an actual dermatologist. If tattoo artists out there can F- up a tattoo, they can easily mess up the removal The doctor said my dark skin makes me a bad candidate for laser removal and instead we did dermabrasion and are finishing the job with multiple chemical peels. If you think you can handle an at home chemical peel every month for a year or so, then try a glycolic peel kit just be careful!
