this sho was good but only for entertainment. it had "the new teen titans" team members but it felt lyk i was watching the "young justice" comics more bcuz there was no justice league and they were all very independent.
I'm not sure it was meant to be canon, I know there's the Speedy thing, but it to me always came off as a Judi Dench being M in the new Bond movies, and the Pierce Brosnan films. Essentially playing the same character in two different continuities. I always more or less figured that it was supposed to be in the same timeline as THE BATMAN. I guess there's even less to connect those two, but the animation of them reminded me more of each other, and the Robins seemed pretty similar.
@DarwinsCreator yeah but the show contdicted that, in the epsidoe of slade ghost or whatever whant to call what he was, fight's Robin Ravine goes into his mind to tell him that he's not their and you see a circus behind him and his parents dieing, also when Starfire when to the futer he called himself Nightwing.
raven is by far my favourite. my least is beastboy and I still like him. the only character I don't like at all is that series original villain mother may eye. I know there are a lot of series original characters but unlike the rest of them she is just pathetic. but I love how they did slade. ever since this series I stopped calling him deathstroke because I think his first name is more threatening

They can't do that due to the comics. There has been 3 Terra's. The one who betrayed them. In the comics she never liked the titans and killed someone improtant to BB from his past. Terra2 was a clone of the original who had a crush on BB but he didn't give a damn about her, she also died. Then Terra3 who had no connection to the first two and never met BeastBoy. The Terra you like so much was created the strickly betray then die!
The comics are the cannon one because they were the original! -_-

The TV show is *based* off of the comics, everything that happens in the comics is fucking cannon. Look I don't care if you like the "Toned Down" version of Terra from the TV series I'm just saying that the show isn't going to take much turn from the comics. This show has really grown on me over time, and now it's one of my favorite superhero shows of all time, I thinks it's underrated like Batman Beyond and Superman TAS, which are fantastic as well.
i like this show i just wished that they made the judas contract movie which they were going to do to explain more about Terra's betrayal honestly this show i thought was true to the comics in way except it wasn't as dark, they should have had a few of the other characters like superboy or wondergirl know that would have been cool if they made a sixth season. terra was in more then one episode she was 4 episodes. they did do the trigon story arc which was dark

Robin was what I hated about TT and they made everything about him even though he had little interaction with anyone (though more with Starfire than anyone else) and when you really come down to it; not a good leader. Having been in US Army ROTC this was very clear. The saddest part is that this was all because the head writer was a Robin fanboy

In mine, Jason should've killed Tim or put him out of comission when he came back; Dick should've died in the crisis, Stephanie should've been around longer to see what she could actually do, and Damian should go by something other than Robin since he is Batman's son.

I am not a huge fan of this show. I did not like Starfire and Beast Boy at all. I am really disappointed with the way they handed Judas Contract. Terra was barely in the in the series which really lessned the impact of her double cross. In the first episode of when she was working with Slade she drowned Raven and bashed Robin's skull with a rock and crushed Cyborg and Beast Boy. I am not sure how they survived.
I thought it was a little childish but I still liked it. Starfire still kind of dresses like a stripped in the show. But its better than how she dresses in the comics.
Bruce Timm did produce a few episodes of this show.... you can tell when ever it gets a little darker then most you check the credits.... but yeah it is a fun show.... Robin will always be the best

i think this is in the Bruce Timm Dc Universe because i remeber a Static Shock episode in which Static asked where Robin is and Batman replied with the Teen Titans. A year later, the show premiered on KidsWB.
I loved Robin and Cyborg. They had my favorite story arcs, and my favorite villains from the show.
Also, I still think you should do a Batman Beyond review, just to explain why it is your favorite. I mean, you're going to get a bunch of people asking you why it is your favorite, so you might as well just do the review.
Although you`re right about the t.v show being more light than dark, you forgot to mention the Trigon storie arc - one of the darkest storielines ever to appear in a childrens cartoon.
Raven and beastboy are my favorite too, lol.
