BTW some non tradable minigame items such as torso and FOG gauntlets chnge into their tradable form (e.g. my rune guants discharged when i died) and if that is not possible, the item is ost FOREVER

Fighter torso's defence suck any way. The plus 4 str is not worth the 20 stab and slash def difference between torso and rune plate

They made a stupid update were when you die your torso automatically disappears no matter what. but yet you can get your Firecape back because it doesn't disappear Torso takes about 8 - 9 hours average while firecape takes about 2 maybe 3 if you have a low range level. Its total BS.
