As previous comment. don't lock in the portafilter unless you plan on hitting the brew. Will burn as excess heat will leak into grounds and burn/dryout.
Also to improve the definition of your rosetta just brew straight into the cup. Also try a lil hot water in the cup to really get it nice and hot. Cold cup = less crema/less taste.
Also try stretching the milk a little more, until you can feel the jug is warm with your hand on the side, then spin.
Good job but here is a tip, start brewing immediately you lock the group handle in. Leaving the coffee in the group handle pressed up against the hot shower screen can cook/burn the coffee.
Being a dual boiler, you'd want to brew and steam at same time to take and show advantages of the system.
Shot looks a bit fast.
