in the last episode almost none of those were flaws. 1.if u played the game u would relize that the monsters arent affected by twilight.2.for the temple thing u have to do them to get mirror shards and fused shadows. Sigh... I hate it when people pick games/movies apart so much. If Nintendo wanted to get ALL the conflicting areas out of a game, it would take them about a decade to make it. The point of Zelda for me isn't "correctness" of the plot, it's watching the characters develop and seeing where the game takes them.

I will say, however, that you've done a great job giving these characters life, and I did crack up at times :)
