They showed this game on MLB Network the other day and I was able to show it to my two kids. They even got to see me in a couple of shots as a nine-year old! I remember the two strike clapping!! On a couple of those strikeouts, I even stood on my chair and bounced up and down on two strikes. May not be a record, but perhaps the most memorable game I ever attended!

Yanks won the series that year too. Guidry's record that year was 26 and 3!! and he refused to pitch in the All Star game because he didn't want to get hurt or pitch out of rotation because it would have a negative effect on the Yankees chances to win the pennant and the series.
