@sitaAkemi And he loves it when little kids come over and brush it. He is a big baby in alot of ways. This is actually an old video. His mane is longer now! However, shortly after this video his paddock mate chewed off his forelock. Not entirely, but enough that he looked funny for a while!

I love my Kiger! He is 100% pure Kiger bloodstock sired by Kiger Capitano. He was born and bred on breeders place, not in wild. He is a striking two year old red dun gelding.

I saw this live and got to meet Ruben and his awesome stallion Regalo. I've never seen such a calm quiet stallion who was fine with strangers petting him and taking his picture. You'd never know he had been wild.

@LeeAnne151 Ruben is amazing with Regalo. Regalo will be in Albany for this Expo performing with the Pacific Wild Horse Club. He is a perfect gentleman with all the mares around him. I am tickled with him. We won't have Ruben with us this year, but come by and visit Regalo at the Pacific Wild Horse Club stalls.

@boskox He really funny. Likes to play, so he is pretty easy to work with. Ruben his trainer, deserves alot of credit for that. Ruben is soft with his hands, etc. With Regalo being from the wild and a stallion I think Ruben's clear but gentle style helped move Regalo along and helped him maintain his dignity/play drive.

@TheCountrygal123 I have three full Kigers and one half Kiger. I have not done any "gymkhaning" with these guys, but I can tell you that they are very friendly and devoted, short coupled and quick. I bet they would be good. Check out the information posted at the International Museum of the Horse site.

@musstang00 Thanks, we have the boy at home now and I can't tell you how amazing it is to ride him out in the pasture and the little trails around here. He is rock solid on the trail  and then you can ask him for a passage and off you go. He's like a fairy tale horse.
