I know this is a little late, but does anyone realize that miley has a heart condition? She also has a set of her own dog tags which would have the same symbol in them as Nick. That's not 'his hospitals' sign on whatever people are calling it. It's an EMS symbol which you can find on ambulances, hospitals, and medical bags.

As for Miley's pictures, I can't say i agree with them all, but she's a teenage girl. Most of us have taken pictures like that with friends and it's not a big deal.
