Well I wouldn't say 'still'; He used to wear them long before he became the Doctor. In fact, the first pair he wore on the show were actually his own shoes. =D
Also did anyone else notice that, between 10:40 & 11:10 lloyd was first shown in the made up outfit, then when the answer button is pressed he has his normal clothes on, then straight after, he has the made up outfit on again.

And FYI I use to live by a rooster that crowed ALL NIGHT LONG! and finally stop when the sun came up. Poor David. Should have stood his ground.
