you should do a YT search for Longineu Parsons, Adam Lambert's (and Yellowcard) drummer. He has a lot of vids on here and one on technique. Some good stuff. ;)
hey you got a good sound man! Do you edit the recording or it's just the mix? Personally, I'd prefer to have another mic inside the bass drum, nearly touching the drumhead. You get more punch. Anyway, it sounds good man, good job
@drg92asturias Thanx man.. No I don't edit any of my audio recordings cuz I don't have much time to do it and I don't even have the proper software for that, only use the EQ on the Mixer, what comes out of the Mixer is what you hear. Wish I had Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere. That would be my next purchase:)
