Geldof does seem to be above the law. Isn't that how he gained full custody of Tiger Hutchence in the first place - by blocking Hutchence's family from the court proceedings?

Normal rules do not apply to Geldof. Look at how his daughters, Fifi and Peaches avoided serving jail time for their criminal offenses, (one for drunk driving, the other for buying drugs).

Sad for Tigerlily...Michael's family haven't been allowed visits and Geldof changed her surname from Hutchence to Geldof. Geldof still has hatred in his heart, it is not a healthy situation.

Michael's family believe he took his own life, in part, to protect Tiger from Paula's repeated threats that she would harm the baby if Michael did not marry her. Tiger needs to know that her father loved her and that he was a good man whose name has been smeared.

I was involved with Hutch from the age of 15 and did not want the public life due to a severe case of stage fright. Hutch gave me the nickname Tiger after meeting movie produer Dodi Fayed. Even if it was suicide, that still doesn't necessarily mean that he left his daughter. No way. People do not generally kill themselves on purpose. They are driven to it. If anything, he may have been driven to death out of missing Paula and the baby so much and feeling so helpless.
