Dass Westbam DAS durfte! Tjaja die 80er. Heute würden Kraftwerk sofort ihre Anwälte auf einen hetzen wenn einer versuchen würde was zu samplen und in seinen Stücken zu verwenden ohne Absprache mit ihnen!

In einem Interview erklärte Ralf Hütter einmal, dass "ihr Verlag aktiv" werden würde, wenn sie keine "geistige Verwandtschaft" zu dem Interpreten erkennen und es sich um ein rein kommerzielles Musikstück handelt. Bei Westbam scheint das kein Problem zu sein. Vielleicht gab es sogar eine Absprache zwischen Kraftwerk und ihm.

Moses Pelham verwendet praktisch alles ohne Genehmigung. Da kann ich Kraftwerk gut verstehen.

Alle Achtung für soviel Mut...aber halt ... das war '94. Heute im Youtube-Zeitalter darfst du von sowas gar nicht mehr TRÄUMEN ... irgendwer kriegt das spitz und dann biste dran.

@pianoman74 Nein, ich meine den Song "Nur mir" von Sabrina Setlur, den Pelham komponiert und dabei Elemente aus "Metall auf Metall" von Kraftwerk verwendet hat.

Ich kann da natürlich nur für mich sprechen, aber als Komponist würde ich nie fremde Elemente verwenden, höchstens für den Privatgebrauch :-)

Immer nur samplen, wäre mich auf Dauer zu langweilig.

Man, one of the wildest trips I ever had was to the full (non-naff) version of this track.
