@slicbro Who says you should separate religion and politics? Where did you get the idea from? I am ready to prove you why we should have politics and religion. But what is your prove?
In order for a nation to grow into a more perfect union, you need to promote legislative agendas that benefit the entire country. Inserting personal beliefs (such as ones religion) into law will not make a nation more unified. In never has in any modern democracy, and i dont think it will in Turkey
@slicbro But Islam is way of life, Islam is not only to pray for ALLAH, Islam is also politics and to build perfect law. Why don't you read the Koran and then you will change your mind. If you make up your own law. it will be corrupted. We see the corruption in this world. Even the best countries like USA, Canada, Australia etc etc are horribly corrupted. ALLAH have given us the Magnificent Koran to apply specially on law. I am not saying this, ALLAH is mentioning this in the Koran.
There is nothing wrong with living a islamic lifestyle. But imposing it on a entire nation will not gain you loyal fallowers. Faith is a personal journey. You cant dictate it or inforce it on people or else its not real. And as far as all the countries you have mention, ya there may be a lot of curroption there, but they also provide a safe and comfortable lifestyle for their citizens. Something that no other countries can do.
The main enemy of Islam in Turkey is General Buyukkanat, Allah may "reward" him with the hell hereafter.

No, he is not. He may even don't have much to do with it.
There are a lot more people who are the real problem.
For example Soner Yalcin.
