It's a handy tool to destroy zone defense. Defenders don't react well, if not 'at all' to cutting off a route and playing jump ball. The defenders mostly just kind of seem puzzled.

Say whatever you want, unless its a curl, u wont see a consistant RC, ESPECIALLY not online. Plus, the risk/reward to even get the RC to happen is so high its not even worth it. It takes mad timing to pull off, there are so many ways to throw off that timing...

Most of the top players can all rocket catch because its a unstoppable play when executed perfectly. I have played the 7th and 10th in the world and they both Rocket Catch and i could only stop it by triple covering one reciever. He then threw to the other reciever lol

I want yall 2 realize somethin, EVERY rocket catch tutorial u see on utube or elsewhere is shown in PRACTICE MODE. Why? BECAUSE SHIT IS A MILLION TIMES EASIER. A decent player picks that or bats it down. Ive played atleast 500 games of madden 09 on and offline and have yet 2 see a consistant RC. (curls dont count). In this poor excuse 4 a demo there r so many things wrong with that play u literally have 2 b a fucking idiot to get beat by this..
