Elijah may be good, but for me he still falls short of his amazing mother. Cher is just awesome. It's a funny thing, because most famous musical kids do fall short of their superstar parents. Cher and Elijah, Bob and Jacob Dylan, Jon and both Julian and Sean Ono, the Wilson Sisters and Chynna Phillips. The kids are good, but will never be better then their parents.

WOW, this song works. This is probably one of the better versions of this song that I've ever heard. This proves that Cher dispite her age, can still take it to any young person, and still beat them. When Cher comes in, it's like Woah, this women still has it. I've always loved Cher unique voice.

The song was originally recorded for Gregg Allman her husband. I adored it and wanted to express the best thing that came from their union, Elijah Blue. Not because he was dead. I am very sorry for any misunderstanding but I had a purpose in creating it.
