  • The most useless exercise in the world. Fucking stupid. Compound movements, no such thing as "shaping the muscle" by a particular exercise. You get big by doing compound lifts and once you get strong and big enough, drop the body fat to show off your cuts.

  • @NotoriousB3 You do not "shape the muscle" You shape the area of the chest which is not a single muscle. By exercising the upper chest then it is bulked up.By simply doing flat bench exercises the upper and lower pec major/minor and anterior deltoids are not much engaged and therefore not developed to their full potential. I really wish you and your ilk with "received wisdom" and zilch understanding would shut up. You do not "know" anything only repeating summat someone else has told you.

  • a lot of people talk shit on the guy in the backround, but how do u expect to get stronger if u don't attempt a heavier weight. It's the same thing with people who use momentum and swing their bodies when they lift. The aren't stong enough yet to fully control the weight or do a full range of motion yet.
