The most useless exercise in the world. Fucking stupid. Compound movements, no such thing as "shaping the muscle" by a particular exercise. You get big by doing compound lifts and once you get strong and big enough, drop the body fat to show off your cuts.

By exercising the upper chest then it is bulked up.By simply doing flat bench exercises the upper and lower pec major/minor and anterior deltoids are not much engaged and therefore not developed to their full potential.
