The Utrom Shredder (like every other Shredder incarnation) is an awesome character.
But in my opinion, the Utrom Shredder can be too full of himself compared to other Shredder incarnations.
Look at Turtles Forever, when 1987 cartoon Shredder said he was the Shredder, Ch'rell said that the name of the Shredder was used in vain.
Then he basically took over the Technodrome (& made it look more Death Star like which I thought was cool) & pushed around (& imprisoned) 1987 Shredder & Krang.
