FUCK YOU JELOUS BASTARDS! If a guy can afford a piece of gear, of course he can buy it! There's no skill level you have to be on to own a guitar/amp! If you think something is fun to play and can afford it, then get it, it's as simple as that.

With rant over with, sick guitar dude, I've actually been lusting at the RC7 Mahogany, which is more in my pricerange:)

Also, I find the finish on that one kinda cheezy

Wicked guitar \m/ !!! This is a serious question( no joke) , if for example you have a chance to buy 1 RC7G , and to buy a RC7X and a Axe-FX preamp, which of the two would you choose ? Since i am graduating this year my parents gave me like an aternative, and i told them that I just want a Rusty guitar to start smashing things up with a 7 string =) Let me know what you think about this.

@GuitarGeek112 honestly, i think $3,000 is too much for the rc7. The $1,200 rc7x (white or black) is the exact same guitar, only without the paintjob. so basicly Dean expects people to pay $2,000 more just for the graphics now.

This IS the best guitar on the market for shredding, metal, and any type of heavy/alternative rock and i would reccomend every1 buying a RC7 or RC7X

@thepepsiguy Um, no. The RC7X has an original floyd rose, not the lo profile version, and it has much, much larger frets. The quality control for the USA models is also far superior to the Korean shit that Dean puts out.

is there any aspect in which this guitar is better than any Ibanez prestige 7 string model? and the price.... of course, now you are able to buy cheaper model, but what they did, made it 1000$ worse than this one? it is only 7string i can imagine to compare with the super cool concept of Ibanez , what they already have for many years.

ESP and Tom Anderson guitars annihilate any dean or ibeenhad, really. I used to own an anderson drop top and I've played one of their 7 strings, probably the most natural feeling guitar I've ever used. I bought a custom shop ESP 7 string off a guy in new york because it was a good deal, and it's now become my main guitar (above a warmoth and a caparison). Do yourself a favor, go for something better than an ibanez or a dean.

Plus, I hate that excuse of "This wasn't meant to be good." That is just a coverup for how bad you know you play. Most of the time when I make a video (which has stopped for a while considerring i lack a camera) I make sure I know what I'm going to do, practice it for a while, then record it a few times and take the best take. You always want to do your best.
